Funnily enough, I was just ranting over the Sunday Roast about how East Germans were kept in their place by free jobs for life, free housing, free education and free health as long as they gave their total and utter obedience to the Party and the State. They managed to placate an entire nation for 40 years.

Labour have managed it in just 12 years. Guess what? Out of the 200 constituencies (another way of saying 200 seats in the Politburo) with the highest proportion of benefit recipients, a massive 189 have Labour MPs.

One third of the seats in Parliament are represented by dole scounging, benefit sucking fucking wastrels, high on tax payers money and living the fucking life of Riley at the expense of everyone else.

There it is. Labour's "client" state. Wonder why the streets are full of Stella swilling, Argos blinged mongtards without a care in the world? Labour WANTS it that way. Wondered why most of London speaks Somali and dresses in fucking tents? Labour wants it that way. Wondered why gun crime and violence in the UK makes us the most dangerous fucking place in Europe? Labour wants it that way.

You traitorous bastards. You have used our stolen money to fuck us. A country ruined so that YOU could have the power to bribe yourselves to yet more power.

Be warned!

A young Hampshire mother did just that. Actually, not that bad, she said she would 'give them a hiding' when she got home.

She was followed home by an off-duty Policeman.

He reported her to Hampshire Social Services. And his local Police Station.

The local police sent two officers round to give her parenting tips about 'the naughty step'.

Then Social Services wrote to her and told her the incident would be 'kept on the record'.

If she did actually smack the children, then no one in authority witnessed the incident. She says she didn't anyway.

Besides which, it is still not against the law to administer 'reasonable chastisement'.

"Officers from the team spoke to the woman later at her home about the concerns and passed the details of the case to social services as is normal practice in such cases. No further action was deemed necessary by us."

The mother denies that there was anything extraordinary about the way she scolded her children, and said that they were simply upset because they do not like being reprimanded.

"Thought Crime" continues to make inroads into our justice system........

Firstly, many thanks to those who joined me on my annual stroll to Parliament.

We actually got in. Twenty five Guys Fawkes's actually got into Parliament on November 5th.

Sure, we were bullied, threatened and abused (by the authorities) but we got in. Eventually.

It was not a pleasant experience.

For those who have never been inside, it is a VERY impressive building. In fact, it's fucking Hogwarts. Lock, stock and barrel. It has House Elves, dressed in bizarre fancy dress with white bow ties, ready to pounce on you if you so much as dare try to conduct a TV interview on the second step of St Stephens Hall (the first step is OK. Really. We checked). A fellow seditionary was dragged off by the Police for wearing a hat (apparently only the Queen and the Police can wear a hat inside Parliament). It has hordes of security who are there not to make the place secure (we got in, remember) but to enforce bizarre House Rules. Could we have a copy of the House Rules? Ask the Sargeant at Arms. Fill out this form.

So whilst five MP's droned on about Climate Change, I was warned by someone dressed as a butler to behave myself in the public gallery ("this is an ancient hall. Behave"), we were informed by the Police that we had NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER in Parliament. None. Zilch. All rights for the public are suspended as soon as they walk through the door (not for MPs of course)

It's a joke. Our MPs fall from public schools into a larger public school. The prefects patrol the corridors, house points and trophies are traded with not a jot of any recognition to the country outside Parliament. And when this is over, it's off to Senior Hogwarts in the Lords for more feasting and Roast Swan.

I thoroughly recommend you get your arses down there. It is a Disney Theme Park, created by monsters who simply couldn't give up the six form common room. I found school to be the most undemocratic and brutal regime, full of nepotism, injustice and sheer stupidity of authority for authoritys sake, something which gave me a lifelong distaste for both my elders and betters. And these bastards have just recreated it, to perfection.

Unlike Hogwarts however, these bastards hate muggles. With a passion. Parliament is Slytherin. I need a shower. I can smell their contempt still lingering on my clothes. I want nothing more to do with any of them.

Little Spoiled Harriet, all pigtails and pouts, has decided that the report exposing their rapacious appetites for other people's money can be shelved until it's been watered down. She sees no reason why her family should not be able to tap into the endless fount of taxpayer's cash along with her and she's going to stamp her little feet until she gets her way. Her gang all feel the same way too.

She really needs to catch up with her history homework, although I suppose history was pretty much banned twelve years ago.

A quote comparing modern times, when you can get from Aberdeen to London in a matter of hours by train, to the times when that same trip took weeks by horse and cart. How many people, from all over the country, have been expected to attend a business meeting hundreds of miles away with no provision for overnight stay? That sort of thing is not for Harriet. Oh dear no. Bed and breakfast? Perish the thought! She needs a whole extra house for her trips and the whole family on the payroll so they can come with her. We have these special things called 'trains' these days, Harriet, and MPs have among the few salaries that can still afford to use them. You don't have to wait for the horses to get their breath back any more.

MPs are furious at the prospect of having to sell their second homes and move into rented accommodation. Some warn it will make it impossible for all but the wealthiest MPs to have their families with them in London.

My brother often has to spend time in other cities, sometimes abroad, as part of his job. He cannot take his family with him and has no option to add them to his expenses at all. If he tried, he'd be sacked at once. Why are MPs special in this regard? It's not like jury service. You don't have to take the job.

Others warn that women MPs could be forced to travel long distances back to their constituencies on late night public transport.

Women from all walks of life have to travel long distances after work, in the dark, on late night public transport. Why is an MP more valuable than any of those women?

Perhaps if MPs had to take the midnight meat train once in a while, it might spur them into thinking that perhaps they should consider dispensing with all those targets and forms and let the police actually do their job. Perhaps they would realise just how dangerous their imported and home-grown feral gangs have become. Ah, but they do realise. That's why the idea that they should have to take the same trains as the proles fills their hearts with fear and their trousers with soil. If they can't avoid the problems, they might have to do something about fixing them and they really have no idea where to start. Avoidance is easier, and easier still when those who risk the journey every day have to pay for the MPs safe haven.

As for the family business of being an MP, well, Harriet puts on her darkest pout and clenches her fists. Nepotism cannot be made retrospectively immoral even though it already was. This 'socialist' believes that power sharing should extend only to those of the correct breeding. You can't start letting the plebs in. No, the dynasty must endure.

The officer, who was commander of the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards, said in a memo to the Ministry of Defence, classified "Nato secret", that the system for managing helicopter movements in Afghanistan was "very clearly not fit for purpose" and there were not enough of the aircraft.

One of his dispatches headed Battle Group Weekly Update, which was leaked to the Daily Mail, said: "I have tried to avoid griping about helicopters – we all know we don't have enough.

"We cannot move people, so this month we have conducted a great deal of administrative movement by road. This increases the IED [improvised explosive device] threat and our exposure to it."

The 39-year-old father of two died on 1 July when his convoy was hit by an IED in Helmand Province, north of the town of Lashkar Gah. Trooper Joshua Hammond, 18, did in the same explosion.

No Inquiry into Tax Fraud Flipping at Parliament

Thank you for your letter of 14 October concerning the ACA review, which was forwarded to me as Chairman of the Members Estimate Committee by Sir Thomas Legg.

At its meeting on Monday, the MEC considered your proposal and whether Sir Thomas Legg should be asked to extend the review of past ACA payments. It was able to discuss the practicality of it with Sir Thomas himself. Any claims for non-existing mortgages are of course already covered by the review or by police investigations. Extending the review to cover changes of home designation for personal gain and the payment of Capital Gains Tax would unquestionably involve significant retrospective changes to the rules on allowances, although some cases of extensive property renovation may be identified by the review as being in breach of the rules and standards in force at the time.

What concerned the MEC most was that your proposal would require a major new exercise in gathering evidence, since the evidence needed is not within the records of the Department of Resources. Indeed, investigating the payment of CGT would go well beyond the responsibilitie sof the Department of Resources, which does not have authority over Members’ tax affairs. Agreeing to your proposal would, therefore, considerably lengthen the timescale of the review, and the MEC did not feel it could support this.

The MEC does of course recognise the seriousness of the issues you raise, and hopes they will be fully dealt with by the Kelly Committee.

Sahena Begum lives in the village of Kanderpara in northern Bangladesh. Located in the Ganges basin, the village is no stranger to serious flooding and, with the reality of climate change bearing down on it, the future is likely to bring even more extreme weather.
However, despite the threat of yet worse floods, Sahena and her fellow villagers have never been better prepared. The reason? Special training sessions, paid for by DFID, that have put Sahena's women's group at the centre of the community's flood survival strategy.

Now, if the area is deluged, a plan of action is in place, as are the resources needed to see the storm out. After being notified of any flood warnings through a radio supplied by the training providers, the women will first of all call a meeting to alert the other villagers to the situation. Children, the elderly and anyone who is unwell will then be escorted to the village shelter, which the group has built on a raised plinth a ten-minute walk away.
Across the village, encouraged by the women's group, people have begun to raise the foundations of their homes above flood-levels. This ensures that life can continue – that livestock and possessions are saved – when waters sweep through.
Oxfam's overall PPA with DFID runs from 2008 to 2011 and is worth £27.8 million.
