Baroness Waarsi pelted with eggs by Muslims

Conservative peer Baroness Warsi of Dewsbury, named Britain's most powerful Muslim woman, has been pelted with eggs during a visit to Luton.

Baroness Warsi was taking part in a walkabout in the Muslim Bury Park area of Luton when she was confronted by a group of protesters.

The male protesters accused her of not being a proper Muslim and supporting the death of Muslims in Afghanistan.

Theft Report

From the excellent Captain Ranty

This actually falls under pre-crime, because the theft will not take place until 00:01 hours, Tuesday 1st December 2009.

It is a notable theft and bears reporting. Many others have tried, and failed, to obtain police action. Politicians have been asked, and in turn, they have ignored our questions, and our documented demands that they cease and desist. Not surprising, when you learn that it is the politicians themselves that will aid and abet in the theft.

What will be taken?

A few small items. Items that we have had in our possession for around a thousand years. Antiques, then? Well, sort of. These particular ancient items are truly priceless. Countless numbers of people have died, have been imprisoned, and had their lives ruined in the obtaining and in the retaining of these precious items. We thought that they were safe, we thought we would keep them forever, but a group of mindless, thoughtless, greedy and inept people, charged with their safekeeping, fell asleep at the switch, and went to great lengths to ensure that the theft will take place.

Item 1.

Habeas corpus ad subjiciendum. Latin for "you may hold the body subject to examination". This undeniable right protects one from the state. Whilst it is in place, no-one can lock you away without having solid lawful reasons to do so. Today, if you believe that you have been incarcerated and no evidence supports that incarceration, you can demand a Writ of Habeas Corpus from the court. The court will then examine evidence that you should be gaoled, remanded, or sectioned. You might also be interested to learn that once habeas corpus is gone you can be incarcerated for up to eight months without charge. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

Item 2.

Courts de jure. Latin for "courts by jury". Today we have some 70 courts in our land geared for jury trials. On Tuesday morning your right to be judged by a jury of your peers evaporates completely. All magistrates courts are now companies with limited liability. They are, for want of a better term, places of business. Justice is not dispensed. A negotiation takes place. Crown courts will now become de facto courts. Same stage, same actors, same anticipated outcome. You will part with money, or your freedom, based on the whim or the mood, of one man or one woman. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

Item 3.

Innocent until proven guilty. On Tuesday morning we start playing a whole new game whereby you, the accused, are guilty until you can prove your innocence. Our age old method under Common Law is dumped without ceremony and we revert instead to a mix of Napoleonic and Roman Law. Instead of having to convince 12 good men and true (15 in Scotland) that you are innocent, you now have to prove to one man or one woman that you are not guilty. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

Item 4.

Loss of sovereignty. We are an ancient civilisation. People inhabited this land thousands of years before the Egyptians issued the tenders for pyramid building. Countless lives have been lost defending our little island. It had been a mecca for those wanting to live unfettered lives. Until now. Those immigration gates were flung wide and we invited in that Trojan horse, not filled with soldiers but with people intent on taking, taking, taking for themselves. Hundreds of thousands, millions, arrived under Labours watch, not to better themselves per se, but to help themselves to benefits we pay for. As I have previously stated on this blog, all are welcome. If they are prepared to work. The plan, masterminded by those fools in parliament, appears now to have been a deliberate act to dilute us, to weaken us, to take away inalienable rights, and give the immigrants more rights than naturalised Britons. Under the EU our sovereignty is dead and buried. No more English, no more Scots, no more Irish, no more Welsh. We are all european now. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

Item 5.

Democracy. From the Greek demokratia-power to the people. The first democratically elected parliament was De Montforts in England in 1265. We shared this method of rule with others, and it spread. Many authoritarian systems have been toppled only to have democracy established. On Tuesday morning we give away this unique method of rule for an oligarchy. Mandarins in Europe are not elected. They are selected. No previous experience is required. Which is handy if you are a (well connected) imbecile. Fat salary, fat pension, fat chance of actually having to work for a living like the proles. Arguably, because of their vastly diminished responsibilities, we have no need for a parliament, no need of the traitorous monarch, and certainly no need to pay 646 goons and their back-room staff billions every year. Brussels will rule absolutely. They will waste our money with unimagined skill. Bye bye democracy. It was nice while it lasted. This item will be stolen just after midnight on Monday 30th November 2009.

I have to stop. This is far too depressing. I had another 15 or 20 items lined up that I had researched earlier today.

The theft of any one of the five items above shocks me to the core. I never thought that our own MPs would terrify me more than al Qaeda, but that day has arrived.

I have tried to avoid saying this, but I predict a riot. I predict running battles on the streets of Britain Euro Regions 1-8. I predict many deaths and much bloodshed once the sheeple awake to the nightmare I have envisaged for the last five or six years. The day has come and the thefts are planned. The loss of these items will, I fear, reverberate down the years. It is our undoing.

Legally, I could not have said any of this after midnight on Monday. To criticise the EU becomes a crime then.

What have we allowed to happen?

And, much more importantly, what will we do about it?

If you have any suggestions, get them in quickly. Tuesday morning cometh fast, and by then it will be too late.

Minerets? Non Merci, Nein Danke

Switzerland is often portrayed as a neutral and tolerant place where people are allowed to go about their business. But today - if the exit polls are right - it has become the first country in Europe to formally vote in a referendum to discriminate against Muslims with a ban on the building of minarets - the towers in mosques from which the moezzins can be heard calling the faithful.

There are only four minarets in the whole of Switzerland - but it seems the Swiss find them threatening and want to slow the growth of Islam. The government opposed the move, and various people have warned of the potential inflammatory effect of this. We will be talking to Muslims here about how they feel about it - so far they are saying it is wrong, depressing and Islamophobic but not as provocative as the Danish cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed. Channel 4

Missed the point by a mile, the people of Switzerland have the direct right to say how their country is run, basically they told their Government this was a step too far. In this country we would have running fights in the street between the BNP and left hired thugs, plus the Government would give them a fifty per cent grant.

The people told the Government, not the other way round

OH Update: The Swiss people deciding what they wanted and voting for it has just been called "democratic tyranny" and anti Libertarian by someone in the comments. You really, really couldn't make this shit up.

Jesus H Christ- He Is In Charge Of God as well !

Lord Hunt of Wirral: I thank the noble Lord the First Secretary of State, Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills and Lord President of the Council for introducing this very important debate. I also welcome the latest expansion of his portfolio. I know that his role as Minister for Information has not yet been publicly confirmed but, having presumably become dissatisfied with the domain temporal, I understand that the First Secretary of State has now extended his remit into the domain spiritual as well. I apologise to him for not mentioning this before, and I sense a slight flurry of unease on the Bishops' Benches, but the noble Lord is to be congratulated on becoming a Church Commissioner.

He is after the Church Plate and Poor Box !

I received an interested bunch of documents yesterday in response to my Subject Acces Request to one of Mandy's many departments. All hostile stuff and a lot of redacted email addresses and correspondence. The Civil Service sure seem to have a lot of thick black marker pens.

Its called Freedom Of Information Boys, this is not top secret stuff.

Malcolm Tucker is hiring!

Should I apply?

Old Holborn in action as a "Labour Media Officer"

Is it just me?

What a week. 7 days have shown:

The war in Iraq was illegal and murderous and was done purely for "regime change". Body count of innocent civilians is now 102,000, yet Blair still walks the streets. No, really

People are being arrested for being too tall. No, really

People are being put in mental hospitals for "remaining silent". No, really

Billionaire Bankers spoke to their friends in Gummint and got to keep £26 Billion they stole from us. No, really

Our elected representatives are going to jail for stealing from us. No, really

Our unelected representatives rule us from Brussels. No, really

An unelected politician now owns the Internet in the UK. No, really

Man made global warming, something we are told is going to cost us trillions to fix, is nothing but a Nigerian super scam. No, really

That's just the last seven days....

Rome is well alight. Bring more petrol and let's do the job properly.

Its Unpatriotic To Criticize The NHS

Do you remember the furore over Dan Hannan saying that we needed a complete rethink on the NHS whilst in America, and telling the Americans not to emulate the NHS ?

The situation is so bad at Basildon and Thurrock that a 'special measures; team has been flown in to sort out the high mortality rate, the blood spattered wards and the high cross infection rate.

In a case of 'who is watching the watchers', this was the hospital quango that was give a 'good' by the inspecting Quango and 13/14 for cleanliness.

In Nu Labour's Britain reality should never get in the way of the tractor stats.

I have just listened to some Scottish Quangocrat on R4, trying to defend the indefensible, whilst rubbishing private research that was factually correct.

You get to become a highly paid Quangocrat, by appeasing your political masters, irrespective of the facts on the ground, irrespective of reality, irrespective of the damage and deaths caused, irrespective of the cost to the taxpayer.

It is exactly how Brown is running the war in Afghanistan and exactly why the State is bloated and incompetent.

Just because what you are saying is unpopular with the Government, it does not make you wrong. Where are all the pundits defending the slovenly NHS this morning.

Medical Staff are just like the Squaddies, trying to keep the faith, trying to do their best, but at the end of the day they are both propping up a collapsing and corrupt system.

The right to silence.

Computer programmers and software engineers tend to score highly on the autistic spectrum. They are not actually all mad as hatters, but those that are do well in that introspective and highly focussed career.

Little surprise then to find that one of their number is ever so slightly odd. Gary McKinnon odd. Interested in peculiar things, like model rockets.

'J' ran true to course, had his own software business and a model rocket making hobby. Declared himself to be a Libertarian. Moved to the Netherlands because he thought the UK was becoming a police state. Obviously certifiable.

He had at one point attempted to go to Canada without the required visa. Further evidence of his increasing mental instability was that he then took a train back to England to keep an appointment with HM Customs in respect of this offence - an offence for which no charges have been laid..

The authorities needed little more. The new French/English customs/anti-terrorism/passport control at the Eurostar terminal in Paris detected by cunning use of an x-ray machine that he had a model rocket about his person. No fuel, no explosives, nothing else, just a model rocket still in its packaging. Fool that he was.

They promptly radioed ahead to operation headquarters in England, and by the time our friend landed at St Pancreas, a full complement of our friendly local anti-terror Gestapo were waiting for him.

They broke into his hotel room and impounded his computer. Being a software developer he had a considerable amount of open source software code on his machine, as you do, and he had taken the precaution of encrypting his work. The police demanded the encryption key, they gave him one hour to hand it over under the UK Regulation of Investigatory Powers act (RIPA). Our friendly computer programmer, already believing the UK to be a police state, and having left the country to escape this sort of treatment, remained silent for the entire hour.

The police charged him with 'remaining silent', when he tried to get another passport to escape this hell hole, they also charged him with trying to obtain a new passport whilst they were still holding his old one. At no point have they charged him with anything to do with his model rocket, nor with anything found on his computer, nor with his earlier transgression regarding his attempted entry into Canada.

His crime was refusing to speak during that hour.

"There could be child pornography, there could be bomb-making recipes," said one detective.
"Unless you tell us we're never gonna know... What is anybody gonna think?"

He was sentenced to 13 months in Winchester Jail.

In his judgment, Judge Hetherington accepted 'J' was no threat to national security and noted his outsider lifestyle. "You... wished to involve yourself in a world which was largely based upon the access to the internet and using computers and not really interacting with other people in the ordinary outside world to any great extent," he said. "It is said on your behalf that you lead an existence rather akin to that of a monk, and that there is nothing sinister in any of this but it is essentially private matters and you do not see why you should have to disclose anything to the authorities."

Despite referencing his solitary existence, Judge Hetherington appeared not to know about 'J's mental health problems and criticised him for not speaking to authorities.
Abandoning normal court procedures, he said: "It was because I was satisfied you would not tell the Probation Service anything significant further that I saw no purpose in obtaining a pre-sentence report which is normally a prerequisite for someone of no previous convictions who has not previously received a prison sentence," he said.

Originally sentenced to 13 months for ten separate charges relating to ten separate requests of provide encryption keys, he was subsequently interviewed by a police psychiatrist.

"Do you think they are out to get you?"

Indeed he did. Little wonder! He says he felt harassed by authority and helpless against police he believed were determined to pin a crime on him.

The psychiatrist diagnosed him as a paranoid schizophrenic, and he is now held at a secure hospital, where his release date is subject to approval by his Doctors that he no longer thinks 'they are out to get him'.

BBC Newsflash- Banks Win the OFT Case

In what can only be described as the fit up of the year, the 'Supreme Court' has awarded the Banks victory over the OFT.

Only a few months ago the banks were largely seen as having given up by Legal Circles in this long running case. So there we have it the Courts have given British Banks 'Carte Blanche' to charge what they like in penalties. Because of the monopoly situation, you have nowhere else to go, as they all charge the same. If they screw up, Uncle Mervyn will give them £61Bn of your money on the quiet.

The Banks case seems to rest squarely on the fact they cannot afford to pay.

No Appeal allowed.

People power nil Banks & the State win every time.

OH UPDATE: This is it. This is the straw that will break the camels back. Expect RIOTS. Close to a million people have just been told to shut the fuck up and pay up thousands each to bankers already wallowing in taxpayers cash.

In a three-day appeal in the House of Lords in June, the banks argued they would receive a "deluge of litigation" if the decision was made against them.

UPDATE 2: State can now take any amount of money from your bank account without a court order

Quote of the Day

At least half the years in the next decade will be warmer than the previous record year for global temperatures and next year could be the warmest to date, according to the Met Office.

The weather forecaster said there is a 50 per cent chance that the world average temperature in 2010 will be warmer than in 1998

They really are taking the piss now.

Eco Loons - From the sublime to the ridiculous

Just spoke to their press officer (07847 204469)

OH: So you're not a charity and you're not a company. Who paid for the ad?
PlaneStupid: A donor
OH: Who?
PlaneStupid: Not at liberty to say. But someone who wants to protect the world from "catastrophic climate change".

Call me old fashioned, but if you are going to ram something down my throat, something I have not requested or something I don't believe in, then I want to know who is backing it. And why.

Zombie Banks

Mervyn King has just revaled that we the Taxpayer lent HBOS and RBS over £60bn in October and November of 2008, this was repaid by January 2009.

In an additional statement, the Bank said it had carefully considered the public interest case for disclosure but decided that the assistance should only be revealed "once the Bank considers that the need for secrecy has ceased".

Mervyn King said the Bank was acting in its capacity as the lender of last resort.

RBS has since signed up for the government's Asset Protection Scheme while Lloyds Banking Group - which took over HBOS - has announced plans to raise capital from its shareholders.

In his parliamentary testimony Mr King was also asked whether the UK was at risk of a credit downgrade.

"I don't think there's any immediate risk, but the longer there isn't a credible plan that sets out what action will be taken [on reducing the deficit], the more that is a risk," he replied.

BBC Newsflash

So basically Merv is saying that Brown has no credible plan to deal the the deficit, he is dithering this country to death. For Gods Sake South Africa has come out of recession. Were we not supposed to be the 'best placed' to ride out the recession.

Not that I think that Cameron has got much of a clue, as his previous economic policy was to shadow Labour's spending. But the time has come for Brown to go, we cannot take another six months of this.

The Law is Ours !

'The only thing I will not miss about the Court are the ethics of modern Lawyers'

An American District Judge on his retirement from the bench.

Here at OH we rant and rave about the inequities of MP's and Parliament. What is Parliament for ? it is for the enactment of Laws by people that we vote for to represent our point of view in the framing of these Laws.

Parliament is Ours, The Law is Ours, we as a people fought long and hard for these rights. This Rotten Parliament infected with more than its fair share of Lawyers has passed thousands upon thousands of new Laws, spewing out Statutory Instuments by the day, drafting more regulations by the day.

The Law is being used as a weapon to chain us on a daily basis. A Law that cannot be enforced is a bad Law, a Law that only applies to a section of Society and not its ruling elite is Bad Law, A Law that an ordinary man or woman cannot afford to defend themselves against is Bad Law. A Law that is not simple to understand is bad Law.

The Law has become a vested interest, it has its own rules, its own way of doing things, its 'traditions'. Not only has Parliament become disconnected from the People , the Law has become something to be avoided at all costs.

We have seen, Blair offering inducements to donors in the Peerages for cash scandal in contravention of the Law- No Charges

We have seen MP's let off fraudulent expense claims, by a 'Court' of MP's sitting in judgement, the only punishment is an apology to parliament and keep the cash. It is now apparent that the 'Judges' in this form of Parliamentary Sharia are just as guilty of fraud as those that they are trying.

The LAW is ours, if everybody stopped paying the £60 'fine' for speeding and demanded their day in Court the system would collapse. The Banks are due to face the Courts in the OFT v Banks test case Wednesday in the new 'Supreme' Court on unfair charging. The Banks will not refund anything to their customers and will defy the Law.

Only the Rich and Powerful can afford to challenge the 'Law'.

This Rotten Parliament has enshrined the Law as a weapon against the people, you can take the Freeman option, but unless 90% of the population adopt this course of action you will lose your posessions and Liberty.

It is our Law, we need to send legislators back to Parliament who will repeal the Laws of the Rotten Parliament, this not going to happen because the Constitution is in disarray, therefore we have to fight cases before the Courts, for this we have to as a people form a legal union that we pay our dues into monthly as an insurance, to retain able Lawyers who value the Law as a vehicle of Liberty and Justice, not a sinecure for personal wealth.

Where the State refuses to try Blair for Corruption in cash for peerages, a private prosecution is started by public subscription. Damien McBride was on the receiving end of two writs for slander that he has had to settle out of Court, in the course of working for Brown as his attack dog.

Members Of Plaid Cymru attempted to force through a writ against Blair for impeachment for lying to Parliament, it was struck down by MP's of all parties.

The Law should be simple, it should be easily understood and it should apply to everybody from the greatest in the Land to the most humble.

'There never did, nor can exist a Parliament, or any description of man, or any generation of men in any country, possessed of the right or the power of binding or controlling posterity to 'the end of time'.... every age and generation must be free to act for itself.... as the ages and generations which preceded it. The vanity and presumption of governing beond the grave, is the most ridiculous and insolent of all tyrannies.... I am not contending for, the right of the living, and against their being willed away, and controlled and contracted for, by the manuscripted-assumed authority of the dead.

A constitution is not a thing in name only, but in fact. It has not an ideal, but a real existence; and whereever it cannot be produced in a visible form there is none. A Constitution is a thing antecendent to a government, and the government is only the creature of a constitution.... I is the body of elements, to which you can refer, and quote article by article..... A Constitution therefore, is to a government, what the laws... are to a court...

The court... does not make the Laws, neither can it alter them; it acts in conformity to the laws made, and the government is in like manner governed by a constitution.

Rights of Man Part 1 1791 Thos Paine

It is a fallacy to be bound by Laws, that are not previously assented to by the People of this Country. Without a Constitution that guarantees our Liberties, there is no valid Law. Because we the living have not assented to be governed like this.

The Rotten Parliament is without authority because it it is not by the assent of the living people of this country, it derives its 'authority' from arcane traditions not the living will of the people.

With a Constitution we can deride bad Law as unconstitutional, with free speech we can 'outlaw' political correctness as unconstitutional, speeding fines, taxes and impositions as unconstitutional without reference to a Court of Law, not some Quangocrat.

The Law is ours, do not vote for anybody who will not tell you they will repeal the Laws of the Rotten Parliament and will vote for a written Constitution.

Unleash the dogs of CHAOS

I asked earlier in the week what we could do to stop what in my opinion has become a fast tack to total control. Since then, Peter Mandelson, an unelected Politician has seized total control of the Internet in the UK, an unelected man has become "President" of half a billion people in Europe and a scheme to actually steal unimaginable amounts of money from next three generations of the worlds people has been made public.

That's just last week.

Captian Ranty has responded to my challenge and I re post in full.

This then, is my response. There are some fine suggestions in the 90 comments so far. Regular readers will not be surprised to learn that I favour Lawful Rebellion. It is simple. It is peaceful. It clogs up the government machine. It is effective. No blood is shed. No need to mass march on anywhere or anyone in particular. This is an Armchair Warrior's dream come true.

From the comfort of your favourite chair you can unleash chaos. Using ancient law you can, and will, reclaim the high ground. Any soldier knows that once you have the high ground you have won. No-one is asking you to dash through the streets, Molotov Cocktail clutched in a sweaty hand. No-one is asking you to risk life and limb in an unfair battle against uniformed thugs who are trained to believe that the people they are meant to protect are, in fact, their enemy. Old school coppers know that the vast majority of us are good people, law-abiding people, but the new recruits are trained using neurolinguistic programming. They are a new beast entirely. They have some serious kit that can hurt, maim, or even kill us.

Before I set out on Freedom Road I carried out a risk assessment. I investigated the pro's and the con's and it became a no-brainer for me. Is there a risk in what I do? Certainly. But I find the risks acceptable. The worst they can do is kill me, and what I am doing, or intend to do, is definitely worth an "accident" when I am out walking my dogs. But here's the kicker: far too many people are doing the same thing. More and more join us every day of the week. I hear that over 200 affidavits a day are being delivered to government, and/or Queen Lizzie the 2nd. Lawful Rebellion is the new black.

I ask you this: what have you got to lose? If you are angry, if you are beyond that and regularly see a big purple vein standing out near your temples, it really is time to get a grip. I too was outraged, and when I started reading OH's blog, or DK's blog, or Leg-Irons blog, and a huge number of others, I found that my rage did not go away. It merely accelerated to new, life-threatening levels. I knew it wasn't healthy, I knew I just had to find another road to travel. And so, as you are all now aware, I became a Freeman.

Now, (as you also know), it is not all beer and skittles. It is a serious responsibility. Taking my destiny back from a bunch of scumbags in government was an easy choice. Retaking control, and I do not pretend that I am there yet, feels....amazing. Awesome. Fantastic. Pick any superlative you want. That's how I feel. What has it cost me? A few quid in stamps and registered letters. Just a few quid to remove a rabid, mindless monkey from my back. It was money well spent.

OH wants ideas? You could do worse than to start with this. A few simple letters to those money-grabbing bastards saying, (nicely), "No. Not anymore. You keep taking my money, and you give nothing in return. It stops now. I offer conditional payment. All I ask is that you show me a contract with two wet signatures, yours and mine, and I will happily pay you the money you say I owe you". Mr Council Tax Collector and Mr Inland Revenue can do no such thing. No such contract exists. Question their demands. Every single time.

How much risk are you exposing yourself to there? Is it frightening to contest a bill or a demand for your hard-earned cash?

Of course not.

What terrifies you is stepping away from the norm. What scares the bejesus out of you is what your friends and family may think. You need to start behaving like Billy in Midnight Express. Start going around the column in the opposite direction. Just like the nutters in the film who didn't like what Billy was doing, so the nutters in Westmonster will start shitting bricks. They want obedient cash cows. Without a compliant population they are fucked. Being compliant and complacent has just encouraged them to take more. Kill their money supply and you kill a government. It could not be any simpler. Conform and die. That is all your government requires of you. I prefer non-conformity. It is good for me, and it is good for the people I hold dear. It is my duty to rebel. I owe it to myself. I owe it to my family. I owe it to my country. I owe it to the countless unborn.

The power you gave to them can be taken away. Let's get started. Let's withdraw our consent to them robbing us and wasting our money.

The Powers That Were have used fear to control you since you were a child. You are a child no longer. You are an adult, a thinking, feeling, sentient being, and you know as well as I do that the system is corrupt and that fear has no place in a democratic society. "Control" was the domain of Joe Stalin, Idi Amin Dada, Pol Pot, Adolph Hitler, Julius Caesar and Giuseppe Garibaldi.

Now that we are fully subsumed into that EU monster, the control, the fear, and the corruption will erupt exponentially.

What is the answer?

Lawful Rebellion.

Or, you can sit there whining.

Be the fucking change. Make a difference. Make history. Restore your pride and your sense of self.

Break the chains.

Please.

Right OH here again. I will be discussing with lawyers and TPUC the best way that I can make 61 million people aware that all they have to do is say NO. There is nothing to be frightened of. The machine is not built to cope with us when we say NO.

Make Me Foreign Minister

Gordon Brown is facing demands to make Lord Mandelson foreign secretary in a row that risks tearing apart his government.

The business secretary is secretly pressing Brown to hold a cabinet reshuffle so he can achieve his life-long ambition of running the Foreign Office. Mandelson made the request after he was snubbed for the post of European Union foreign minister at last week’s Brussels summit.

Mandelson’s reshuffle call puts the prime minister in a perilous position as he struggles to retain the support of the most powerful figures in the cabinet.

This is insane, one man's personal ambition is destroying the country. Mandelson as Foreign Secretary would mean the State would be delivered lock, stock and barrel into the hands of the EU. He is not an elected representative, he is just trying to create a legacy like his grandfather the disastrous Herbert Morrison

There is no longer any pretence that Brown is running the country, nor is there any pretence that the Rotten Parliament is nothing more than a charnel house for past personal ambition, than a representative parliament.

Colonel Pride where are you when you are needed.

Quote of the Day.

''Even the perception that the police service of this country - a British style of policing which is so important - is under any political influence, I think that suggests you cannot argue that you are a proper democratic society. It's as simple and as stark as that.

- Sir Hugh, the former Northern Ireland chief constable who took over as president of the private Association of Chief Police Officers earlier this year, insisting that there should be no perception of 'political influence' in policing.

The 'political infuence' that he is arguing is undemocratic, is the notion that communities should be able to chose who they pay to run their local police force and what their local priorities are.

The 'British style of policing' he believes is democratic is the £18 million pound a year tax payer funded ACPO which has 280 key members, who together comprise a powerful unelected body of people who by training and inclination are so right-wing that they can be described as fascists (small 'f'). They are unelected and answer to no-one apart from their own Police Committeees.

Sir Hugh is on record as saying that this suggestion could end up 'with a lunatic' in charge.

I assume he trained at Bramshill. We should be enquiring into the background and beliefs of those who teach at Bramshill; we appear to be turning out a generation of senior police officers with radical extremist beliefs as to what constitutes democracy that would disgrace a Madrasah.

Mandelson Grabs Nominet and Control of ISP's

The unelected one has grabbed himself some more power

"Officials said they believed it is unlikely the powers will be used"

Where Its All Coming From 2008-2009, Every Picture Tells A Story

If we cut government spending to what it was twelve
years ago, you could scrap Income Tax (that temporary tax brought in to
fight the French), switch National Insurance to a basic medical
insurance that does not require mountains of bureaucrats and
accountants to play with, and you have dealt with near 50% of public
spending.

Yet with all this they are still borrowing money like it is going out of fashion.

OECD UPDATE

Britain's deficit will remain higher than any other major country, including even
Iceland and Ireland, unless the Government takes far more drastic action to repair it, said theOECD's acting chief economist Jørgen Elmeskov.

It is just not going to happen the Fuhrerbunker is still promising more spending on 'our people'.

ClimateGate

If anyone is interested, it looks like a hacker has just blown Global Warming out of the water. He's managed to hack into University of East Anglia Climate Research Unit's email system and surpise, surprise, the great and the good are scamming us for trillions. Climate change does not exist and they know it.

Get stuck in people

Best Value and Futility.

One of the NHS websites proudly claims that the NHS is the 'best health service in the world'. The much vaunted reduction to 18 weeks waiting time for treatment - 18 days in France would cause a near riot - is apparently all the fault of the patients.
For some patients to start treatment within 18 weeks would be inconvenient or clinically inappropriate.
Inconvenient for whom is not explained. Not for the man with a malignant tumour, I'll bet.

We have a health service which proudly proclaims its advances in condemning the dying to a minimum of work on the part of medical staff - the Liverpool Pathway.

We have secret courts that decide whether young and old are to live or die based on the 'futility' - or not - of their lives.

We have Hospitals that dole out food over a year past its sell by date based on 'best value' practices.

We have the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence saying that £30,000 a year is the limit that they put on the cost of saving a life.

But, we have the Department for International Development bunging the Sierra Leone Government a magnificent £34 Million pounds to ensure free health care 'for pregnant and lactating women' in Sierre Leone.

Are Sierra Leone lives less futile than British lives, do they represent better value? To whom?

Speechless !

Herman Van Rompuy, the new EU President. Did you vote for him? Did the MEP's vote for him ? No he was appointed by among other our own unelected Prime Minister.

He is an avowed Federalist without a shred of a Mandate.

Baroness Ashton, never faced an election now the EU 'Foreign Minister'

Half a Billion people across Europe have had these two foisted on them. Truly this is the post democratic age. It is the new Imperial Age.

So what can we do? ANSWERS PLEASE

Right. Enough is enough. I can walk around in a costume, I can write on my blog and I can make life hell for the 646 in my own little way.

It isn't working though, is it?

We need ideas. It isn't voting for XXX or YYYY, that got us here. It isn't Twitter and it isn't Facebook. IT isn't the Daily Mail and it isn't Radio 4.

Something has to change. It simply cannot continue like this. We are bankrupted, our children are bankrupted, we are giving away our wages to people who want us to give away our wages and control our every movement, action and thought. Everything we do is now illegal.

I want serious suggestions from readers of the Old Holborn Blog. Do I publish a DIY "freeman" guide? Do we march? Where? Do we write? To whom? Do we start a newspaper or a national campaign? What do we do?

I don't have the answers but every, EVERY populace has prevailed over their oppressors. They did it. We can do it.

But we are going to have to get organised. And very, very serious.

646 of them. 60,000,000 of us.

HMP 946352 Harriet, Harman

You're fucking nicked, you SLAG

Oh dear, Harriet has been naughty.

Let's not forget her sage words

"And sentencing too, is vital for public confidence. If a sentence is lenient – it needs to be explained. The opportunity is there for magistrates and judges to thank those in the agencies and the victim and witnesses for the part they have played in bringing the offender before the courts. That can be irrespective of the verdict and whether or not those referred to are physically there in court. Above all, sentences need to be explained. Particularly if it is lenient.

But if there is an unjustifiably lenient sentence in the Crown Court which will undermine public confidence, the Attorney General and I can, and often do, refer the case to the Court of Appeal for the sentence to be increased."

BREAKING: Leaked UK government plan to create "Pirate Finder General" with power to appoint militias, create laws

A source close to the British Labour Government has just given me reliable information about the most radical copyright proposal I've ever seen.

Secretary of State Peter Mandelson is planning to introduce changes to the Digital Economy Bill now under debate in Parliament. These changes will give the Secretary of State (Mandelson -- or his successor in the next government) the power to make "secondary legislation" (legislation that is passed without debate) to amend the provisions of Copyright, Designs and Patents Act (1988).

What that means is that an unelected official would have the power to do anything without Parliamentary oversight or debate, provided it was done in the name of protecting copyright. Mandelson elaborates on this, giving three reasons for his proposal:

1. The Secretary of State would get the power to create new remedies for online infringements (for example, he could create jail terms for file-sharing, or create a "three-strikes" plan that costs entire families their internet access if any member stands accused of infringement)

2. The Secretary of State would get the power to create procedures to "confer rights" for the purposes of protecting rightsholders from online infringement. (for example, record labels and movie studios can be given investigative and enforcement powers that allow them to compel ISPs, libraries, companies and schools to turn over personal information about Internet users, and to order those companies to disconnect users, remove websites, block URLs, etc)

3. The Secretary of State would get the power to "impose such duties, powers or functions on any person as may be specified in connection with facilitating online infringement" (for example, ISPs could be forced to spy on their users, or to have copyright lawyers examine every piece of user-generated content before it goes live; also, copyright "militias" can be formed with the power to police copyright on the web)

Mandelson is also gunning for sites like YouSendIt and other services that allow you to easily transfer large files back and forth privately (I use YouSendIt to send podcasts back and forth to my sound-editor during production). Like Viacom, he's hoping to force them to turn off any feature that allows users to keep their uploads private, since privacy flags can be used to keep infringing files out of sight of copyright enforcers.

This is as bad as I've ever seen, folks. It's a declaration of war by the entertainment industry and their captured regulators against the principles of free speech, privacy, freedom of assembly, the presumption of innocence, and competition.

This proposal creates the office of Pirate-Finder General, with unlimited power to appoint militias who are above the law, who can pry into every corner of your life, who can disconnect you from your family, job, education and government, who can fine you or put you in jail.

More to follow, I'm sure, once Open Rights Group and other activist organizations get working on this. In the meantime, tell every Briton you know. If we can't stop this, it's beginning of the end for the net in Britain.

Health and Safety Vandalism Exclusive

OH received an Email this morning from a fellow seditionary who was surprised to find that the graves at his local church had been vandalised in a wanton display of hooliganism. Grieving relatives were arriving to find memorials to their loved ones pushed over in the mud.

Who could have done such a thing? Why?

Yup, its our old friend, the elf. As in Elf and Safety. I can confirm that the Church (St James, Christleton) has given strict instructions for graves to be pushed over to show that they can be pushed over and are therefore DANGEROUS.

Relatives were greeted with a simple sign stating "This memorial has been found to be unstable"

I'm off to push over a bishop. Very hard.

Parliament And Government Have Not A Clue How Many People Are Listed As 'Domestic Extremists' By The Police

National Public Order Intelligence Unit

Mr. Plaskitt: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what definition of extremist is used in respect of compiling data on the National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU); what forms of evidence gathered by forward intelligence teams are retained by the NPOIU; how many individuals are identifiable by spotter cards on the NPOIU database; and how many individual names are recorded on the NPOIU database. [298339]

12 Nov 2009 : Column 954W

Mr. Hanson: Domestic extremism refers to the crime and disorder committed by the small number of individuals and organised groups who are prepared to break the law in support of single-issue causes. It does not refer to views or opinions.

The National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU) collects information and intelligence so that the police can carry out threat and risk assessments to safeguard public safety, the right to peaceful protest, and to prevent crime and disorder. The data is also used to support the investigation of crimes that are carried out in furtherance of causes linked to protest activity.

The collection of intelligence by NPOIU is carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation which sets out the method and purpose for its collection, retention and dissemination.

Decisions to retain or dispose of information by the police service are carried out on a case by case basis, based on their assessment of the type and amount of information held on an individual and whether this is proportionate for policing purposes, and on risk-based decisions about public protection.

The use of spotter cards by local forces is a matter for local Chief Officers. Owing to the manner in which data is stored on the NPOIU database, which includes, for example, open source material such as newspaper articles, it is not possible for the police to provide an exact figure on how many names are referenced on the database. Information kept on any individuals would be dealt with under a Subject Access Request made under the Data Protection Act.

So the unelected Chief Constables and ACPO (a Private Limited Company)are unable to account for the amount of people they have on their lists to Parliament, they are using public money to do this.

Is the definition of 'Domestic Extremist' the same as a potential ' Terrorist ' ? Therefore any opposition can be dealt with under our draconian anti-terrorism Laws ?

Gordon’s Puppet Master.

How to get a head in the BBC: Part 1

Paul Smith spent the best part of two years in the Broom Cupboard, with his hand inserted in Gordon’s anal cavity, wriggling his fingers until Gordon appeared to speak intelligently.

He has been rewarded with £100,000 a year and a job as head of the BBCs compliance department.

It has not been revealed who has the unsavory job of animating Gordon these days. Perhaps someone gave him a clockwork hamster for Christmas.

Nationalismus

Nationalism-The term was coined by Johann Gottfried Herder (nationalismus)
during the late 1770s.] Precisely where and when it emerged is
difficult to determine, but its development is closely related to that
of the modern state and the push for popular sovereignty that came to a
head with the French Revolution in the late 18th century. Since that
time, nationalism has become one of the most significant political and
social forces in history, perhaps most notably as a major influence or
cause of World War I and especially World War II with the rise of
fascism, a radical and authoritarian nationalist ideology.

So there we have it according to wikipaedia a philosophy that is just over two hundred years old and is largely responsible for some of our more recent explosions of internecine bloodletting.

In British Isles we have many different cultures, the Scots,Irish, Welsh, Cornish, Londoners, Southerners, West Country, East Anglians, Midlanders, Geordies, Yorkshire etc. The Aenglisc
have been English for about a thousand years, the linguistic divide brought about by the Danelaw is still there, the difference between bath and barrth. My parents were born twenty miles apart, yet speak in completely different ways.

We have been British for only 302 years politically ! France did not have a common language until just before the 1st world war, Bretons and Normans are as different again as to the Provencales. Germany did not exist until 1870, Italy was another nineteenth century construct.

Nationalism is a bizarre philosophy based on the assumption that your 'team' is
better than the other team. It needs to create Chauvinism and Stereotypes. I would probably have more in common with a middle class Frenchman or Italian, that I would a working class Welshman or a member of the Scottish Landed Aristocracy, who are supposedly in my team.

A year ago Brown was banging on about British Jobs for British Workers, every other word was British. That has now been dropped as another failed Labour project.

National Identity is a fascinating study, if only for the myths it needs to sustain it.

“The Invention of the Jewish People" is a very serious study written by Professor Shlomo Sand, an Israeli historian. It is the most serious study of Jewish nationalism and by far, the most courageous elaboration on the Jewish historical narrative.

In his book, Sand manages to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the Jewish people never existed as a 'nation-race', they never shared a common origin. Instead they are a colourful mix of groups that at various stages in history adopted the Jewish religion.

In case you follow Sand’s line of thinking and happen to ask yourself, 'when was the Jewish People invented?' Sand’s answer is rather simple. “At a certain stage in the 19th century, intellectuals of Jewish origin in Germany, influenced by the folk character of German nationalism, took upon themselves the task of inventing a people ‘retrospectively,’ out of a thirst to create a modern Jewish people.”

Accordingly, the ‘Jewish people’ is a ‘made up’ notion consisting of a fictional and imaginary past with very little to back it up forensically, historically or textually. Furthermore, Sand - who elaborated on early sources of antiquity - comes to the conclusion that Jewish exile is also a myth, and that the present-day Palestinians are far more likely to be the descendants of the ancient Semitic people in Judea/Canaan than the current predominantly Khazarian-origin Ashkenazi crowd to which he himself admittedly belongs.

Astonishingly enough, in spite of the fact that Sand manages to dismantle the notion of ‘Jewish people’, crush the notion of ‘Jewish collective past’ and ridicule the Jewish chauvinist national impetus, his book is a best seller in Israel. This fact alone may suggest that those who call themselves ‘people of the book’ are now starting to learn about the misleading and devastating philosophies and ideologies that made them into what Khalid Amayreh and many others regard as the “Nazis of our time”.

Gilad Atzmon

Sand's book is a best seller in Israel, even though it largely demolishes the myth of the People of the Book, the diaspora and the Exile by the Romans never happened. Judaism was largely not a racial movement but an evangelical one. Sand advocates the Hispanics and Slavs 'converted' to Judaism.

The foundation of the Jewish State is predicated on a nationalist movement that was founded in Germany in the nineteenth century.

When you take a critical look at Nationalism it is a bankrupt notion. I have no desire to kill anybody that is of a different Nation, only the Leaders of Nations have a desire to do this because they have a vested interest to do so. Then again they do not get shot, mutilated or maimed. When the whole edifice is pulled down as in Germany in May 1945, the Nationalist myth is exposed for what it always was- a mad fraud.

Strip away the myths of Nationalism, and we are left with the basics, our individuality and our humanity. It is really difficult to hate a foreigner that you know and like personally, it is surprisingly easy to hate and kill a foreigner that you have never met before and has never caused you any personal grief.

The Joys Of Multiculturalism

I blame you for lots of this, Jack, you little weasel!

The news is all too full of the joys that multiculturalism have brought to Great Britain. Honour killings seem to be quite the vogue.

Then there's the insidious grooming of underage white girls for sex in the Pakistani enclaves of the North West, which seeps into the mainstream media despite the best efforts of the "community cohesion brigade".

It turns out that the household arrest of terror suspects who we seem unable to simple send back to their own countries is costing a fucking fortune, and those charming terrorist and preachers of hate who we do lock up have it so cushy that they are continuing to preach and to run their networks from inside our prisons.

Most of the cannabis factories that the plod uncover seem to be the work of the Vietnamese community.

Gangs of Turks are fighting gun battles in Tottenham over the supply of illegal drugs.

It's too dangerous for us to able to ship illegal Somali immigrants back to Somalia, but it's where they fuck off to after shooting people in botched robberies.

And fucking Polish youngsters keep dumping their empty beer bottles in my front garden as they stagger home.

I don't recall voting for any of this.

Tell us EVERYTHING

I know that the State has a morbid fascination with data. It goes hand in hand. You can't fully control what you don't understand and they so desperately want to understand us.

I was quite amazed to find out that Schools are now being told by Local Community Health services to send out questionaires to parents asking if their 5 year old children:

"often lies or cheats": whether they steal or bully; and how often they eat red meat, takeaway meals or fizzy drinks.

However, the interrogation is not limited to intimate details of a child’s health. Parents responding to the survey are asked to provide details about their health and their partner’s health, whether they or their partner are in paid employment, and even to own up to whether or not their child is upset when they (the parent) returns to a room.

Read the whole thing, whilst I go and have a lie down for a bit.

Discuss this graph

Prospect Magazine and YouGov asked a load of people about Twitter and on their scale on Marxist to Nazi, this is where Twitter users came out.

The poll tested Britain's 5.5m Twitter users and compared them to the rest of the country — revealing that British Twitterers actually have a strongly liberal and civil libertarian bias.

Labour are not happy. Kerry McCarthy, Labours Twitter mong was quoted as saying:

Fuck that. I rule twitter, not some jumped up fucking Libertarians, the jizz dribbling Nazis - Is that 140 charachters ye.."
Expect more in the next few days, this news is embargoed until tomorrow apparently. Like I fucking care. I just thought it was amusing that Northerners, southern women and over 55's are deemed "authoritarian" whilst Labour voters are logged as "Liberal".

PS. Labour is to ensure that Health and Safety Inspectors can enter the homes of the "poor" to check for risks to children. No, really.

The Turnip Taliban And The Rotten Parliament

Personally I do not care how many prospective parliamentary candidates have had affairs in previous lives, it is nothing to do with me.

However when 'the Turnip Taliban' of South West Norfolk Conservative Association start railing against the Rotten Parliament you know there is is something deep seated and wrong with our political system.

The Conservatives now have a system that gives a small coterie of the political classes a whiphand over the independence of the local Conservative Association whose main power lies in selecting its candidate. Once deprived of that power, they a just the drones of the elite and the Queen Bee Cameron in particular.

With so many MP's being drummed out of Parliament, the Rotten Parliament is going to be replaced by the Stepford Parliament. All looking the same, all acting the same all winning sweeping victories with 16% and 14% of the available vote a la Norwich North and the recent Glasgow election, and all very compliant.

This is not democracy, it is certainly not representative Democracy, its just buggins turn, and we are just expected to pay taxes to this political class.

The English Revolution of the seventeenth century has been stood on its head, the slow polluting oil slick Revolution since 1945 has now reached its high water mark, it needs to be turned back or it will overwhelm and choke us as a nation.

Never more has the cry 'No Taxation Without Representation' been so valid again
