The Insanity Of The State

A sixty year old businessman is spending Christmas behind bars, despite having overpaid VAT after a three year criminal investigation brought about by HMRC

To ensure that he could not adequately fight back or mount a defence, HMRC seized his assets. No innocent until proven guilty for people who have offended the sensibilities of the State whose credo is the money belongs to us, unless proved otherwise.

The Judge has so little independent freedom of action under this Rotten Parliament, despite there being more than adequate evidence that there is significant doubt that the man is guilty in the Judge's mind, that he has to go to jail, pending an appeal.

What does the Gauleiter from HMRC say on the matter-

Peter Avery, assistant director of HMRC Criminal Investigations, welcomed the sentence, saying: “This sentence will serve as a deterrent to anyone who thinks that tax fraud is a risk worth taking.”

I have actually received £6000 in compensation in the last five years from HMRC because their own staff did not understand the VAT rules on land, and had written a completely incorrect interpretation of the regulations. It took me a year to prove that they were wrong.

The State are making it up as they go along, the 'authorities' have targets that have to be met 'pour encourager les autres', they creat obscure complicated laws, that they do not understand themselves, then create confiscation laws to ensure the individual cannot fight back.

I am aware of at least nine cases of this sort of thing going on at present, I filed my defence yesterday at 4pm. Including eleven redacted emails secured under FOI legislation, of civil servants and others who do not want to be identified or their emails made public. 2010 is going to be an interesting year.

Not one of you is safe. Happy Christmas !

Lincolnshire and yorkshire police, possibly more forces, employ this firm to dissuade you from contesting a speeding ticket.

Guthrum

I'm safe - I've made a point of ensuring I'm known to be destitute. And I am too.

Can you get a FAL and 500 rounds (magged up) to me? SLR version preferably, but come the crunch, any version will do.

I will take 50 with me.

Sorry ABD site was not the firm of course.
'Road safety support limited' is paid by Police forces to supply expert witness evidence against 'Speeders' should they have the gaul to plead not guilty and fight the charge.
If the 'speeder'is then found guilty all the costs of 'Road safety support limited'are awarded against you.
So if 3 extra points and double The fine doesn't put you off defending your innocence then a hefty bill from this ACPO sponsored firm might.

Yes, good luck, Guthrum.

What is needed is a law enabling the actual individuals involved in these persecutions to be sued.

The prospect of hounding people wouldn't seem so enjoyable and enticing if the blood-suckers knew they ran the risk of destitution for doing it.

Let Scotland be free. We really don't want to live under this reginme.

Why jail him? You don't have any prison spacaes; he's probably not violent; take his passport and give him some serious community service...

I've got a new boss. He's hell on legs (though pretty good looking). He is constantly criticizing and picking holes in my work. Today I almost told him where to shove it, with a load of shit on the end of my loo brush.

However, perhaps I'll tell him that I'll pray for him. Then that will mean I'll get instant dismissal.

That's pretty damned cheeky, Tris. This bunch of totalitarian bastards is bloody Scottish - hugely and disproportionately so.

Moreover, they were put in power by votes from an enfeebled Scottish people who have sacrificed their once-renowned self-respect for handouts.

You take the communistic retards back - we don't want them.

Good luck.

My advice is to be as nasty as possible when dealing with 'authority' - make it an ordeal for the other party. It's not nice but it saps their morale and lessens their ability to function.

Example - if called by HMRC - refuse to confirm anything and say "fuck off you stupid cunt" and wait for the reaction. Repeat ad nauseam.

Didn't Lincs plod let some poor bitch freeze to death 2 years ago by dumping her on the county border? Prosecutions, nil.

Edgar said...

It is not insanity, Guthrum. Insanity is a legitimate defence in law.

This is galloping totalitarianism, coming to a freedom-loving people soon, ... well, now, actually.

Mr Cooper:

Nope... we have totally disowned them. We have our own, better, cleverer government, and we don't want these fools back.

There are far more Englishmen in the Cabinet than Scots, but I agree the ones that are Scottish are plain dreadful.

When you're finished with them deport them, France, America, China, somewhere, anywhere. We have a country to try to put back together after the Englishman Blair, and the Scotsman Brown ruined it, with a lot of help for the Noble Lord of Foy or Fay or something.

You can dump them all at sea for all I care. Useless lumps.

Well, well, well. Then I think it appropriate that the government is arrested as evidence in many VAT carousel frauds suggests very strongly that it is the government's intelligence services and HMRC that are involved in the setting up of these frauds and presumably the pocketing of the billions that they can never find.

Off topic but I thought I would share my thoughts with you all on this topic.
Personal tragedy and mass tragedies define the past decade. From the disappearance of Madeleine McCann to the "war on terror", small and large pictures dominated our lives. It is over two years since Madeleine McCann was abducted. Best guess (none of these are very palatable) is that she was killed soon after, the alternatives are that she is a fucktoy for some pervert or that she has been "stolen to order" for some deranged person who never harmed her but has raised the child as their own, whatever happens cannot bring a satisfactory outcome to her family. It is a terribly British take on things but compare and contrast with my cousin Sharon Matthews. One can be kind and say that Gerry McCann is photogenic and butch..Oooh matron, and articulate. This in turn led many to cast doubts and aspersions on his public image, "Sun" readers want page 3 sluts with big jugs. Matthews who was not over-bright, rather like me I suppose. She thought that by hiding her daughter she could rip off big money (for us slum dwellers) and live happily ever after. Described as having a face "like a careless bee keeper" and mumbling her way through banal statements Matthews would always play second fiddle to the McCanns and their lucrative media scrum. There is a Japanese Buddhist proverb "Hate washing up? Buy a dishwasher", but there can be no redemption for some, with or without compassion fatigue. Loss of innocence defined the last ten years though many of us were sexually abused by Catholic Priest and know it was wrong, I can't help myself. I still just love a good length of cock up between my fat arse cheeks or down my throat.
Does that make me bad or just another victim. Answers on the back of a £20 note please.

Good evening Joe and Christmas greetings from the Rat Pack. You are correct about K McEgan, until recently I was giving him work on the side at my massage parlour and tired businessmans club here in Goring. Sadly he abused his position and my trust, and I had to suspend him for a day by means of piano wire tied around his one remaining testicle, and fixed to a hook in the cellar ceiling.
Hopefully I will be able to replace him with another gimp and copraphiliac in the new year.

Please note I would not ask or recommend any of the readers here to read Ron Broxted's blog in the Independent. There is no nice way of putting this, the blog and content are total crap and the author is a complete and utter tosser without peer as regards totaly stupidity.
