Then again, I wouldn't worry. If they have as much success with this as NuGov did with administering State Education, the volunteers will be in the classroom 90% of the time learning about how great NuGov is, so only 10% of their time will be spent on breaking stuff.
As has been noted, the 'sponsors' of the NuSlavery volunteers would have to get them vetted by the CRB so as to avoid blame should those volunteers do somethimng bad to a vulnerable client. It won't stop the bad things happening but it will mean that it will not be the 'sponsors' fault.
In addition, each 'volunteer' will have to get him/herself accredited by the Idependent Safeguarding Authority to prove that they had not yet been caught doing anything bad and had managed to go through their teenage years without being subject to, unsubstantiated accusation, malicious gossip or rumour.
