Baroness Scotland

If the Home Office fails to prosecute Baroness Scotland, all they will prove is that the Rule of Law only applies to the public and not to the favoured few.

Libertarian Party Press Release

UPDATE

Brown has the utmost confidence in her abilities

Side stepping responsibility again ! What was it this time ? a problem that started in Tonga !

As a senior Law Officer she should resign- Sorry what was I thinking of she is a Labour Politician - Her immediate reaction was 'I'm not resigning over this'

If she gets off with this they will also prove that the rest of us can ignore the law as we will be able to use her line of defence (I genuinely didn't know) and have it backed up by case law

How could she not know her cleaner was from fucking Tonga!

Hopefully, if she gets deported, her tribe will pay her a special visit, with spears, a big cooking pot, and spices.

Om nom nom nom.

Why do NASA or the the Hadron Collider team not have more Black women in top jobs?
Don't see many running Nuclear power plants either.
Racism could be the answer or more likely that you can play equality games with 'Talking head' non jobs like Judges but when it comes to the serious shit not even a so called Liberal would take a chance on a Black woman.

This could well be the straw that breaks the camel's back with the government if they don't take action.

Yippee!

Especially since they may well be related! Or even married.

You lot are well out of order, she appointed her in good faith. Move along please, nothing to see

Appointing the Tongan bog cleaner in good faith doesn't count apparently. You've got to copy and check lots of documents and stuff ( passport, visa restrictions etc ).
Jock bastard will probably get off though.

I wish...

But a government that has had Mandelson back isn't capable of doing the right thing. Or the smart thing.

Her judgement seems to be lacking in all departments. It was her that gave the final approval to proceed in the case against those two teenagers that fell apart yesterday.

That's what happens when you let an uppity nigra into a position of power.
Look at the maroon Hussein " Barry" Obama

They all look the same to her?

Anyway, Tonga is in the EU, isn't it? No, wait, I'm getting it mixed up with Turkey. And that's not in yet.

Look, I'm an Attorney General and I am the fucking law, capice? The Law is for little people. Like you.

Does she own all of Scotchland ? She doesn't look Scotch.
If she has the last say on prosecutions in England why would she decide to prosecute herself ?

Just as a matter of interest - if the woman in question is married to a British national (Which I read she was) why does she not have the right to remain & work here? I thought this was the reason so many non-EU young men were marrying older British woman - to get on the gravy train that is the UK for foreigners - just not for the tax-paying indigenous population? As for Baroness - they should make an example of her but they won't 1> because she's one of their own & 2> because she's black - and a woman - though I'm sure a white non-Labour woman would be nailed. Just another example of the systemic corruption that is Labour.

She's not doing anything wrong. This is just multiculturalism at work - she's merely applying the native culture of kleptocracy and corruption from whatever Third World hellhole she originally hails from.

If you say she's done anything wrong, you're a white racist cracker motherfucker.

I hope she gets away with it. It will finally throw all of their shite into disrepute.

Everyone can then morally ignore all of their unjust laws.

— Halsbury's Laws of England, Vol: Constitutional Law and Human Rights, paragraph 6, footnote 1

... every official, from the Prime Minister down to a constable or a collector of taxes, is under the same responsibility for every act done without legal justification as any other citizen. The Reports abound with cases in which officials have been brought before the courts, and made, in their personal capacity, liable to punishment, or to the payment of damages, for acts done in their official character but in excess of their lawful authority. [Appointed government officials and politicians, alike] ... and all subordinates, though carrying out the commands of their official superiors, are as responsible for any act which the law does not authorise as is any private and unofficial person.

— Law of the Constitution (London: MacMillan, 9th ed., 1950), 194.

Whatever happened to that other one, Baroness Uday?

Seems to have been buried.

Why are there so many curiously colourful Labour "baronesses" these days? Given that Labour was all about destroying aristocratic privilege, I'm a bit surprised at the proliferation of non-white non-male non-British leftists occupying the upper chamber of the legislature.

This just in from Wikipedia

"[Baroness]Scotland was born in Dominica to Antiguan and Dominican parents, but her family moved to Walthamstow when she was three, where she went to Walthamstow School for Girls. She is the tenth of twelve children"

Oh, good grief. Depressingly but unsurprisingly, the cow has the full confidence of No. 10.

That's her fucked, then. Hooray!

Baroness Uday I do believe is being investigated by Knacker of the Yard.
In this case why was Baroness Scotchland paying the NI and Tax for the Tongan bog cleaner? And...was she claiming it on expenses?

That's not how it works. For the Tongan to get permission to remain in the UK she first has to leave the UK and apply for a visa from overseas. This is if she is married to a Brit. However if she had any sense she would marry an EU national, but not a Brit, as she could then apply for a (free) visa as a dependant of an EU national. The EU you have to love it (or else)

At least she has now done the decent thing and sacked the Tongan.

As a senior Government Law Officer, why did she not hand over the hapless Tongan illegal-immigrant skivvy to the Border people? It was surely her duty to do so.

at least Nick Griffin will never find himself in this compromising position.
