They don't learn very quickly do they?DZ
I do admire the Iranians for their show of contempt for the fixed election. It's a pity we can't muster a show of disgust for our politicians with such tenacity. That would really send a message for all the major parties!
Good God man. What is it like to be so possessed with hatred and bitterness at everyone and everything?Take a long hard look at yourself and your ravings here.I'm as unhappy with the government (and politicians in general) as anyone, but you are just working yourself up into a frenzy of impotence.Calm down before you give yourself an ulcer or a coronary.
It's just Buggin's turn. What a farce.
I always suspected Labour, Tories and the irrelevant LibDems were in cahoots.
Calm down before you give yourself an ulcer or a coronary. Is that you Dolly ?
AnonYou get one life. You can spend yours labouring every day to make Mandelson rich and powerful if you want. You can deny yourself a rich and rewarding life so that your "masters" can have theirs.Be sure. I will die with a smile on my face, worn out. Not rusted out and grimmacing from a lifetime of subservience.I don't expect many to follow me, but am quite, quite happy to walk my little path alone if needs be. It was hatred and bitterness that quite rightly ended Nazism, Communism and Noel Edmunds House Party.
"It was hatred and bitterness that quite rightly ended Nazism, Communism and Noel Edmunds House Party."OH, you bastard, I've just spat wine everywhere!
I am in two minds when it comes to Brits protesting/rioting on their own streets.Half of me thinks it will never happen because we are just too law abiding. The other half thinks that when it does finally happen, it will be a bloodbath. There is a lot of anger building up and it has to be vented somehow.
If only the BBC could be as even handed in Blighty - fuck em, i'm Yorkshire - it's horrid when we fight.
This is why the Tories lost my vote, if indeed they ever had it, the day Ken "Bilderberg" Clarke returned to the fold.At least Ken Clarke is honest about his intentions, I suppose. But then so was Hitler.
Read your post with shock & horror OH. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. More politicians' lies? When will it end? However, I, like you OH but in a much smaller & quieter way, am unwilling to just read & go 'Oh dearie me, shafted again' so I have emailed David Cameron at his HOC email a couple of minutes ago, given him the link to Ken Clarke's article & asked him what exactly is the truth? What exactly is Tory policy on the Lisbon Treaty etc. I did also comment about that bastard Heath obviously lying to us about the EU originally. I'm not one of his constituents but I do normally vote Tory (although not in the recent EU elections) If anyone else wants to do the same, his address is :firstname.lastname@example.orgUnless we make efforts to disabuse politicians of all Parties that we are sheeple, waiting to be told what to do, they will continue to ride over us roughshod.
Isn't it great how the Traitor Clarke thinks "this has to be resolved" - but the only way HE can think to resolve it, is that what HE thinks has to imposed by force.Clearly it doesn't even enter his head, that there is another, honourable way to resolve it, ie ask the British people what they want?If he held an honest (ie unrigged) referendum and the answer came back "Yes", even I might pipe down. But that so clearly is not going to happen. We need to drag all these people out of Parliament and hang them. Then we can start again with some better (and hopefully frightened) people, who might do as we want.
