Incompetence. If you're going to scam, at least do it well.

Many of these lying, cheating amoral scum might fear being charged with fraud.

Their solicitors will probably have advised them not to incriminate themselves by admitting guilt.

If it's all within the rules why are some of these troughers givig money back? Guilty concience? if so why, if it was all within the rules? It still stinks!

The returned sums should be put in a fund to help boost the pensions deficit. Or to the NHS, or a charity. Like the homeless or The Big Issue.

Anywhere it might actually do some good and they haven't got a chance to claim it back once all this heat has died down. Bloody MPs look so noble resigning, doing the decent things. But there's not a humble bone in their body's since it's just to save their own necks and party reputation.

As much as I share the anger at least some of us work for our Parties and try to make a difference. We have the MPs we desrve, through our apathy.

Old Rightie

Unfortunately the three major parties have undermined confidence in the Parliamentary system. That is why there are other parties coming forward not tainted with this institutionalised thievery

If the Tamils can ambush the police and take over Parliament Square, what say the right thinking yeomen of England do the same. I want to get on the street and demand an election.
How do you organise a flash mob protest of thousands and not get arrested?

I think a silent vigil of a million or so people would be very effective. Can't give plod the excuse to open up with his assorted weaponry.

These cunts are still endlessly droning on about "Scrutiny Comittees" and other such bollocks. They still don't get it.

"I think a silent vigil of a million or so people would be very effective. Can't give plod the excuse to open up with his assorted weaponry."

Plod would just kettle them.
Whitey isn't allowed to make a fuss outside Westminster, the Countryside Alliance marches taught us that.

PS: Election, now.

To be governed is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so. To be governed is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be placed under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonoured. That is government; that is it's justice; that is its morality.
