Tomlinson Killer takes sick leave

The officer, from the Met's Territorial Support Group, has been suspended from duty and signed off sick after apparently suffering a panic attack when the story and footage emerged.

When does this stop? When do we actually turn around and say enough is enough? And MEAN IT?
UPDATE: Worth a look

Fucking bastards, the first sign of trouble they rush to the doctor and get a sick note.

How very brave, how very New Labour.

i'll bet he had a panic attack-

the sentence for killing someone seems to be all of 12 DAYS now!

the people supposed to be upholding the law think that they are above it.....same as all the government, mps, bankers etc.......

strangely members of the police are not usually liked in prison-can't imagine why?

by the way-did i say that jacqui smiff is a useless theiving deceptive lying cunt and that her husband gets paid £40,000 p.a for writing made up support letters and wanking over porn films ?????????

oh..........great vid on my page.....

Off topic.

Did you know that Peter Oborne has twice in the Daily Mail called Jacqui Smith a liar and a thief and invited her to sue him ?

I find that the most incredible challenge to this Govt yet and it is barely registering anywhere.

Fucking cunt! All very big & brave when he's with his mates & the dogs & armed with a baton - and now that he's been recognised - a panic attack - fucking wimp - he'll probably be offered counselling to help him cope. Maybe he can pass his insights on to Ian Tomlinson's family. Pity the fucker didn't have a HEART attack - it would be poetic justice.
Don't mess with me, I've got my mates, & my dogs - and my baton -ooh, ooh I'm having a panic attack. As previously commented - how very NuLabour.

A panic attack? I suppose it's better than dying. He should count himself lucky.

But PATEL is STILL serving ! He should be arrested for perverting the corse of justice... and properly investigated... he is Sick that pathologist...

This bobby gives mental health a bad name. One panic attack and he's sick? There are people going about their daily work who can suffer many a day and still function.

The doc should have told him to go away, confess and then he'd never have another.

The "STASI" bastard will then no doubt sue the MET for putting him in the situation... benefits all round...

expect for Tomlinson + fam.

Facist BASTARDS!

a long time ago a schoolfriend of mine joined the met.......part of his training at hendon was to attend an autopsy....this was to toughen up the recruits because there was a strong likelihood that during their 'work' they would come across dead bodies.

i would think this still happens.....

or do they just go on 'diversity' training now?

to go sick is pathetic.

but aren't all bullies the same?

btw did you hear about jacqui hoon?

or see this video?

The autopsy training is to teach officers about continuity of evidence and evidence gathering.

A stiff in the morgue is not the same as one in the street. There's no toughening up process for that.

What does this say about the Death of RICHARD CHANG! in 2004... he was found dead on the floor of Abbey Nationals London headquarters... Stephen hester was COO of Abbey at the time ! and Dr Freddy Patel was the Pathologist !

The verdict was suicide...

why is http://justice4richard.co.uk/ down since the 4th April?

haddock said...

why the assumption that it is "he" ?

Strikes me that panic attacks are a more girly thing. I think someone ( Woman on a Raft ?) posted a comment somewhere on teh interweb regarding the general dress/demeanour of the perpetrator of that crime.

Nathen Bostock who organised the interogation of Senior Risk Analyst Richard Chang shortly before his death (which was investigated by Mr Freddy Patel)- is now head of Risk at RBS...

At least that cunt is still alive to go on the sick.

it was a long time ago......

not trying to argue with you but i dont remember my friend saying anything about evidence........

he has had to deal with some nasty things........but death is part of life.....

I'm checking that out right now..

Firstly, why do you call them officers? If they had guts they'd get a commission in the Armed Forces.Secondly I shall do that Jackie Smith is a runt and get back to you.Nationally.

I'm fairly sure Peter Oborne isn't alone in saying things about Jacky Spliff and inviting her to sue but for the life of me I can't remember which columnist it is.

The constable seen attacking Tomlinson has been postively identified as male.

From the Daily Mail:
"Peter Smyth, chairman of the Metropolitan Police Federation, said last night: ‘He [the police officer] has been certified sick. A senior officer travelled to where he is and suspended him in person. He was due to go away anyway. I suppose he’d booked a holiday for Easter.’"

But then, they wouldn't lie now would they...

well, after a long absence, the old pejorative has become once again a truism : 'all coppers are bastards'.

Haddock & Gareth - I've been staring at the photos, as someone suggested this on GF. I think they are right. The officer who struck Mr Tomlinson looks female, as is another officer in the group. It might also explain why they favour pulling the balaclava up higher over their faces than other officers - they are anxious not to be identified as female.

It's pushing it a bit, though, as this recognition is based on eye-slits, stance and body-proportions (waist to shoulder, width of shoulder) comparative foot and hand size, and the way certain officers seem to 'bundle' the trouser cuffs. This would be explained by a unisex uniform which has to be rolled and tucked to make it fit the different proportioned frames. It could all be a load of nonsense though.

I believe JuliaM is correct when she says this is not the result of a conspiracy to 'do' someone. From the shuffling of the other officers, the way they distance themselves from her, I think that the TSG officer was showing off how 'ard they were, and put the line of officers at risk in doing so.

(Then poor Mr Tomlinson spontaneously burst to death a few minutes later, in exactly the way that txting on a mobile whilst driving a car is nothing whatever to do with running someone over a few minutes later. )

It is a documented problem with elite groups which affected The Sweeney, the SPG, the Marines etc, that despite the training and the levels of intellect required, members can quickly become inward-looking. They see their loyalties to each other and the need to display to each other as more important than the job they were sent to do. Now, where have I heard that before....

That's about the best spin I can put on it. Other interpretations are possible.

woman on a raft,

I reckon a number of constables at the protest were wearing their padding under their uniforms.(Particularly leg padding. They can't all be that fat.) This may disguise the body shape a bit.

A quick look on flickr has a number of Police covering their faces. I can see sense in the disguising of body shape - female riot Police would represent a target. To do that effectively some male Police would need to cover their faces too or it would be obvious who was what.

Watched this video just now, another example of police "kettling" under the instruction of this vile labour government.

Luton protest:

Note at 5:19 where the police officer beats his horse with a 2 foot steel rod with a steel ball bearing on the end, had that been a person they would have been killed.

Looks like he's trying to drive the horse into the crowd, the horse wants none of it so it gets beaten, disgusting.

As another 'incident' is referred to the IPCC (joke) when is Jacqui CUNT Smith going to address parliament with the reasons for the police aggression at the G20? Was it her who set the parameters for the police in their completely over-the-top, out-of-order, nastily aggressive, provocative and undemocratic approach to policing? If it wasn't her who was it? When are they going to stand trial?

Every day brings more stories of police brutality with videos to match. Everyday these bastards are getting away with murder. The present government have presided over the murders of thousands of Iraqies, David Kelly, John Charles de Menezes, Ian Tomlinson and how many more?

The biggest threat to this country is the present government.

I went by the shrine to Ian Tomlinson, and others killed by the police, in the City today and found it very moving. There is a homeless man standing guard over it. He is a bit mad and says that the army is against the police in this matter, but he is OK. Sadly, we agreed that his death won’t be the last.

Hoist the colours, and let’s make a stand against our oppressors.

I watched the video by anonymous on the Luton protest.

Not impressed with the officer beating the horse so I submitted a report to the RSPCA.

There is no excuse for beating a horse like that, none whatsoever.

It is quite brutal in fact,it would appear that anything goes within this nu-labour enviroment.

I have never seen a police officer beat a horse like that before, sickening to watch.
