What do you have to do to catch these Bastards

Sky News is reporting that Yates of the Yard is not going to take the prosecution of the Labour Lords for sale any further, Jacqui Smith is not going to be investigated by the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner for fiddling her housing expenses, despite all of the evidence to hand.

The Mother of Parliaments is just a tawdry whore

I no longer care

There is little point in pretending we live in a democracy anymore. The sooner we understand that we are slaves to a corrupt and malignant state, the sooner the assassinations of those in charge can start.

I emailed the standards commissar, no reply. Ditto the kebab stuffer herself, no reply. Also my MP, and I suspect an anodyne reply in a few days time.

Nick Toenails on the TV said nothing could be done about the Second Home Secretary situation as she had not broken the rules. In that case how come they said Michael Trend had, in exactly the same circumstances?

And the fucking twat John Lyons said just last year that 'If a Member has his or her family living permanently in their constituency home and has modest accommodation in London big enough only for themselves, and which they use only when Parliament is in session, then it would clearly seem to be a matter of fact that Member's main home is in the constituency.'

Dear

Thank you for your email of 10 February to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards, who has asked me to reply.

The role of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards is to consider complaints where the complainant has provided sufficient evidence to merit at least a preliminary inquiry into whether a particular Member of Parliament may have breached the Code of Conduct for Members of Parliament and the associated rules of the House. These rules under which the Commissioner operates include the Green Book on Parliamentary Salaries, Allowances and Pensions, the current edition of which was published in July 2006. It can be found at http://www.parliament.uk/documents/upload/HofCpsap.pdf. The Guide to the Rules under which he operates makes clear that he would not normally regard a complaint founded on no more than a newspaper story as a substantiated allegation. I attach a leaflet which explains his procedures in a little more detail.

The Commissioner has carefully considered the complaints he has received about Ms Jacqui Smith. He has concluded that they have not been supported by sufficient evidence that she may have broken the rules of the House in her claims for her living allowances. The Additional Costs Allowance reimburses Members for expenses incurred when staying away from their main residence. Where Members have more than one home, the rules provide that their main home will normally be the one where they spend more nights than any other. If there is any doubt, Members are asked to consult the House authorities. The Commissioner does not believe that he has been provided with sufficient evidence that Ms Smith may be in breach of these rules and he does not, therefore, propose to institute an inquiry.

Yours sincerely

It is, frankly, absurd for you peasants to holler and bicker about the natural behaviour of our Members. They spend all of their working time, working very, extremely hard for you so-called hard working families - more likely benefit cheats and spivs - so give them a break while they navigate the turbulent seas of a slight economic problem that blew in from America.

It would be in your interests to get a job or do some volunteering, just like I do, with expenses, of course. It keeps me busy and gives me confidence. All of which I owe to my friends, the Members.

Mitch - I said that if they get off scot free I'll no longer consider myself as having any good reason to be law abiding.

The Dutch blog geenstijl has a cameraman booked to accompany Geert Wilders on his flight to Heathrow Thursday arriving around 12.10 local time. They plan to get pix and video of the reception committee online asap:

http://www.geenstijl.nl/

"The most popular blog in The Netherlands, GeenStijl.nl, says they have managed to be on board this Thursday and will film the arrival (noon or early afternoon): “[…] On board the KLM plane there will be a certain G. Wilders and his entourage. Yes, Geert is going for the confrontation with England and POWNED will be there. Costs a few bucks, but then you also get something. We want to witness live when those pale thick gay tea-drinkers shackle a Dutch parliamentarian. In England, no less, an EU country with a currency that is worth nothing, that recently buried freedom of expression and where they are on verge of establishing the Sharia.”

They now seem to have abandoned any pretence of integrity. At least they have been flushed out into the open for all to see their corruption.
Who but a madman or someone who needs a favour would donate to these corrupt rogues?

Britain is a banana republic.

There is nothing you can do to reverse it.

All this huffing and puffing you do is a total waste of time.

Dear Alda Barry,

I confess to being absolutely amazed. Ms Smith has not refuted one word of the newspaper articles, now carried and referred to across the mainstream media, and most definitely bringing Parliament into disrepute.

So it is not that there is only an unsubstantiated allegation. If it were untrue Ms Smith would be seeking legal redress through the courts.
And in view of the facts as disclosed, and Mr Lyon’s own previous findings – viz : 'If a Member has his or her family living permanently in their constituency home and has modest accommodation in London big enough only for themselves, and which they use only when Parliament is in session, then it would clearly seem to be a matter of fact that Member's main home is in the constituency.' plus the precedent set in the exactly similar case of Michael Trend MP, there is an obvious case to investigate, and the Commissioner is in dereliction of his duty in ignoring it.

Of course, he may be fearful of his position, following the disgraceful treatment of Elizabeth Filkin, but as I understand it he cannot be considered for a further term, so I respectfully ask that he do his job?

Yours truly,

The Penguin

The question I have asked of Mr Lyon is this

Have you asked Ms Smith for confirmation of the number of nights spent in her respective residences?

If not when will you?

If you do not intend to, who may I write to for this information?

I sent my letter by post.

This is an outrage and Simon Heffer in today's DT says the situation is a reflection on all of us. He is right.

Quite remarkable isn't it? Along with the Lords not being able to be prosecuted as the Police are unaware how laws apply to them or words to that effect. Jeez.

And call me shallow but ... thanks for the pic, Guthrum.

One most egregious matter with this is that the standards committee would be within their rights to censure Spliff just for having caused the suggestion of impropriety, let alone whether she'd broken any actual rules.

That they will not do even this speaks louder than words.

Clearly the rules and the committee are no longer suitable stewards of value for money and ethical goings on. They are a tawdry bunch at Westminster. A disgrace to their positions, both the elected ones and the members of staff running the show.

This is what you get when a 'rules is rules' mentality becomes the driving force - if it ain't against the rules that makes it right. No it doesn't. These wasters and chancers are in their death throes and they do not realise it. They handed much of their responsibilities to the EU without our permission and consequently have little to do, and now show themselves to be contemptuous of the jobs they were elected to do - represent the people in the Court of Parliament. They merely represent their party now.

Their behaviour would shame a local council. And thanks to the EU that is what they have become.

Worry not

Jackboots spliff Smith will hang one day. That is for certain. As will Ed Balls and his odeious wife. So will Toenails Robinson, jug ears Marr and Helen Boarden BBC news editor. Allistair Cambell will be hung drawn and quartered. Enough is enough. These scum will pay for their crimes against the English. Judgement day for the aforementioned is growing closer and closer. Their time is almost up. Their lives depend upon what they do over the next 6 months, as they really do not have much time left to save themselves.

The backlash will come. Even if it's in 10 years time. They will pay, and none of them will die a natural death.

Hiya buddies! Seems to me that the Home Secretary has far bigger concerns. The gal's about to be hauled before your parliament's human rights committee to be interrogated about allegations of MI5 complicity in the torture of some Guantanamo guy called Binyam Mohammed. Why can't this immigrant juss be grateful we letting him out the goddamn joint? Beats me why your judges didn't reveal the damn evidence - I mean, why're they shitting themselves about having UK membership withdrawn from the exclusive Anglo-American Gentlemen's Cover-Up club? I thought those judicial guys were meant to be an independent arm from the executive? Of course, over here, this stuff's so secret even I'm not allowed to see it...and I'm the most powerful motherfucking cunt in the whole wide motherfucking world. Handy, coz I won't be having to make any character defining decision then. Far too messy a business for a motherfucking angel like myself to dirty my lillywhite hands on, so to speak haha!...an it would be juss so embarrassing to risk incurring the wrath of those good old militray boys an end up upstaging of our dear Lord, Jesus Christ...I'm quite content with my present semi-deity status, folks! So yeah! I'm all right Jacks!!

Hell, it's the end of another long hard day not making any significant decisions about any motherfucking thing whatsoever in particular so...

Michelle? Err can I go down the strip club tonight...?

What about contacting the local press for Hoonboot's constituency as well as her places of residence? Make a nice little article wouldn't it?
