Is that his passport photo or just how he dresses at the weekend?

The pearl necklace must be a present from a "close" friend or yacht owner.

Jesus wept, the bastard has had to 'resign' twice already and the media still give him airtime. What is it about irony they don't understand? They're welcome to each other.

Lord Mandy of WankingBois-on-Sunday is a national disgrace and needs a fucking good slap.

Why does he get these endless chances? Our 'free press' needs to do a bit of real digging. To find out what he's holding over who.

Isn't he shagging a Swedish student? If a 55 year old bloke was shagging a 20 year old lass it'd be all over the papers. Not only is he corrupt, he's a dirty old man. Different standards for gayers - me no comprende.

There was a Tory dude around the time of Baldwin who didn't get promoted as the boys were jealous that he'd got some young totty - fair play - bastard.

Dear Mr Anonymous, 20:43

With many people suffering financial hardship and increasing numbers losing jobs or even homes, the idea that bankers are to be paid bonuses, using taxpayers money, in an extremely emotive one.

There is no choice. Many of these bank employees will have made profit, either individually or as part of their particular team, and will be contractually entitled to a bonus. The top stars, those who are capable of making staggering amounts for their employers, have to be retained, and these people can walk into any financial institution in the world tomorrow and write their own paycheck. If you pay these people a bonus, and you must, how can you then turn round to the more lowly employees, who have worked just as hard in their own way, and tell them no?

The fault for the catastrophic failure of our banking system, the full details of which are still being concealed from us, lies firstly with Gordon Brown, secondly with the FSA and then with the directors of the banks.

Nevermind the bonuses, these people are deserving only of the hangman's noose!
